Would highly recommend Lucie to work with if your looking at getting a personal trainer! I went to Lucie with an ankle injury (peroneal tendonitis), finding it hard to walk / run without pain. Having worked with physios on strengthening exercises I wasn't seeing much improvement.


Lucie changed that completely, after a couple of months of working on strengthening my whole lower body we managed to get in a position where I can go on runs and walks with 0 pain!


She's a super person, great to chat to and always has your best interests at heart. She'll push you to reach your goals and even more!


I'll be completing Tour de Mont Blanc, which I would have never have done if we wasn't training! I've been really enjoying working with her! Thanks Lucie, you're the best!'

'I started training with Lucie in January 2023, having sustained a shoulder injury a few months earlier I explained to Lucie the movement in my arm was somewhat limited and my goal was to avoid surgery and regain full movement and strength in my arm (I had undergone cortisone injections which hadn’t helped).'

I instantly found Lucie knowledgeable and familiar with my injury, she was extremely supportive to my needs and tailored my workouts, always providing clear instructions to avoid additional damage to my shoulder. Over the following few months not only did my overall fitness improve, (with the guidance and advice received from Lucie, she also emailed me exercises to do at home in-between training sessions which she would demonstrate at the end of the PT session to ensure I had a clear understanding of the exercise) the overall movement of my shoulder increased and I’m delighted to say I now have full movement and flexibility back. I am also back doing full press ups which I thought at one time I would never be able to do again. I can honestly say Lucie is always positive and an delivers an effective training experience – you’ll not regret signing up!
